Hello! My name is Paige.

I'm a yoga teacher, and my mission is to make the world a brighter place by helping others find inner peace and greater joy in their everyday lives. When we come together to practice yoga, I believe we can create a positive ripple by spreading kindness, building resilience and living authentically. Empowering people through embodied practices to promote health and healing is my passion.

 

About My Classes

A typical yoga class with me incorporates breathing exercises, postures and meditation practices for overall well-being in mind, body and spirit.

I believe your yoga practice should be as unique as you are as a person. My goal is to guide and support you while helping you to hone your self-awareness skills and encouraging you to make choices for yourself. I’ll teach you to allow the rhythm of your breath to guide your movements, to practice being present by noticing sensations in your body and to observe your thoughts without self-judgement. Whether you have been practicing yoga for many years or you are just now beginning, it’s important to me for you to feel welcome in my class, and to know that I’m approachable if you ever have any questions or just want to chat. My Yoga Story

As a child, I experienced the benefits of movement through dance. While rehearsing or performing, I often felt a connection to something beautiful on the inside. Down the road, as an adult, I found myself feeling unfulfilled and I suffered from stress. I knew I needed an outlet, so I started practicing yoga and it reminded me of what I had experienced as a dancer: Yoga helped me connect to my true self. As I began to better understand what yoga is all about, it didn’t take me long to have an intimate understanding of the mind-body-spirit connection.
