About My Classes
A typical yoga class with me incorporates breathing exercises, postures and meditation practices for overall well-being in mind, body and spirit.
I believe your yoga practice should be as unique as you are as a person. My goal is to guide and support you while helping you to hone your self-awareness skills and encouraging you to make choices for yourself. I’ll teach you to allow the rhythm of your breath to guide your movements, to practice being present by noticing sensations in your body and to observe your thoughts without self-judgement. Whether you have been practicing yoga for many years or you are just now beginning, it’s important to me for you to feel welcome in my class, and to know that I’m approachable if you ever have any questions or just want to chat.
